Not a good experience. I had my front brakes done there only to have this horrible noise develop you can hear my care brakes one block down the road. Took it back only to have Chris tell me it was my back brakes not the front that were the problem. So I paid more money to fix my back brakes which were absolutely fine before he replaced them problem still there so the back brakes were not the problem now the noise is even louder, Chris did note that if the problem was still there that he would have to evaluate the problem to see if it was his fault of something else causing the problem, if something else I would need to pay again......hummmm I'm taking my car back to the dealer to correct the problem, sorry Chris you lost a good paying customer
Richard I'm sorry we did not satisfy you you with our service. I honestly do not remember talking to you after the rear brakes were replaced. We do warranty all our work. We replace the front brakes in Feb 2017 because of a pulsation problem. About 2 months later you said there was a squeel problem and it was found to be the rear brakes. There was lots of lining left so we first tried anti squeel compound (We did not charge you for this). This was end of March. Then we replaced the rear brakes in middle of June. Richard this is the first I heard that we are still having a noise from the rear brakes. I do not remember any conversation about this. I'm sorry if we let you down. We hate to loose a customer. Contact me and I will try to work this out with you. Chris
