I rarely write reviews but you really cant ignore this kind of service. Chris is amazing. He is the most honest and reliable mechanic out there. He is the opposite of a crook. He really wants to help solve the issues with your car instead of charging you an arm and a leg figuring it out. You never have to cringe on the day you pick up your car thinking how much this is going to put you back in debt. He really knows how to build rapport with customers and gain their trust by giving you the best service you will ever receive. There is no way I would ever take my Toyota anywhere else. Mechanics reading this take notes, that is how you make and keep customers.I have been having issues with my engine light coming on every 2 months for quite some time and Chris has been working very hard on solving the issues for some time now, and he is dedicated to helping fix my car. I trust that he is doing his best to figure out the issues. I can't stress enough how amazing this kind of service is. I have never experienced anything like it.You will not find better service from a mechanic in the bay area.

Less than 15k away from the 300,000 mile mark. Still the best Toyota shop in the Bay Area.

I am very glad that I have found C & T. Chris is one in a million. I have been taking my car to Chris for the last 9years. He is honest and will not do or charge you for something that doesn't need to be done. It is hard these days especially for a female to find a good auto mechanic that you can trust. My car will be on the road because of C & T for many years to come. I must also give kudos to the mechanics that also keep the shop running. One is always treated with respect.
