Being able to go to C & T rather than being stuck with a dealer is a great benefit to our family. C & T repair only what is necessary and find alternatives

Took my Prius in for regular maintenance and a quick check-up before a long road trip. Leslie on the phone was very accommodating around my work schedule. Dropped off my car right before closing and left it there overnight. Extremely kind, helpful, and down-to-earth folks who really know their Toyotas. Explained everything to me in great detail. I felt confident that my car was in good hands. Provided great recommendations with a full breakdown of everything. Will definitely be coming back for my car issues.
