Took my Prius in for regular maintenance and a quick check-up before a long road trip. Leslie on the phone was very accommodating around my work schedule. Dropped off my car right before closing and left it there overnight. Extremely kind, helpful, and down-to-earth folks who really know their Toyotas. Explained everything to me in great detail. I felt confident that my car was in good hands. Provided great recommendations with a full breakdown of everything. Will definitely be coming back for my car issues.

Had my broken sun visor replaced, I was only able to come late so was told beforehand to leave my car and pick up next day, however the tech Alejandro(?) was willing to fix it right away. He also noticed a broken light bulb and fixed it at no charge. Service was above and beyond, overall very happy customer!
